Andrea Eldred, President & Controller

Andrea has been an intracule part of C&C since its inception. She graduated with a degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Accounting. After visiting family in Hilton Head, Andrea and her husband made the move from New Jersey to Bluffton in 2006. Prior to working with C&C, she worked at one of the most exclusive gated communities in Hilton Head, in their accounting department. Andrea and her husband recently welcomed their first child, Ella.

Andrea manages the financial and business responsibilities at C&C. She prepares and sends monthly draw requests to homeowners based upon the work completed and material deposits; tracks allowance costs and change orders; and monitors the project’s budget. She will also provide the homeowner with a Lien Waiver on a monthly basis attached to the draw request.

She also manages the C&C budgets, Human Resources and Marketing.

Brandon Edwards, Vice President

Brandon joined the C&C team in early 2016. He graduated from Clemson University in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science in Building Design. After working with a local architect for four years, Brandon qualified for his Residential Builder’s License and began his career in project management for various residential and commercial projects. He has since obtained his Commercial General Contractors license. Brandon and his wife both are active participants in the local office of the National Home Builders Association. Brandon currently serves on the Board of Directors, and his wife manages the College Scholarship Foundation.

Brandon’s primary role at C&C is project oversight from commencement to completion. This includes; preparing bid packages and budgets for new projects, overseeing the purchasing of all materials and labor, ensuring the field and operations teams have all the necessary information, and maintaining strict quality control standards to build a premium custom home.

Ana Ramirez, Client Services Coordinator

Ana has worked in the Construction Field for over 12 years. Prior to joining C&C, she and her husband owned a contracting company in Hilton Head while she attended the University of SC. Ana joined C&C late in 2014. She and her husband are both very active in community outreach programs for underprivileged youth.

Ana is the primary liaison between the Homeowner and the field team. One primary example of her role is tracking all the selections needed for each custom home. Ana often accompanies the Homeowner (and designer if one is selected) to each vendor appointment (ie. lighting or plumbing fixtures). She will take notes and double check all necessary items and quantities which are selected. Quotes are provided to the Homeowner in a timely manner and items are ordered upon approval. By keeping detailed notes and creating a Weekly Status Report, Ana keeps the Homeowner, C&C team members and any other involved parties informed of the job progress and action items which need attention. – For any selection or timeline questions, Ana is your primary point of contact.

Dave Stevenson, Sr Project Manager

Dave has been in the construction industry for over 40 years. He previously owned his own construction company in Ohio before moving to the LowCountry in 2004. Dave worked in Palmetto Bluff as a Project manager before joining Cameron & Cameron in 2016. He has years of experience in high-end sophisticated home construction and is highly respected in the building community for his knowledge and leadership in the field. Dave and his wife enjoy their time with family and their labrador, George.

Dave is responsible for the day to day progress of your home’s construction. He oversees all subcontractors and vendors on the jobsite. Along with regular communication with the Homeowner, Dave meets weekly with Brandon to review the job progress and upcoming scheduling. He ensures all specifications are followed and enforces strict quality control during all aspects of construction.

Eric Cameron, Assistant Project Manager

Eric grew up working for the family business of homebuilding. Since moving to Bluffton over ten years ago, Eric worked for a Flooring Sales and Installation company. He joined the Cameron team in 2011 and has served as a crucial operations team member in the field. Eric is an avid member of the CrossFit gym in Bluffton and is a positive role model to healthy living.

His primary responsibility is assisting Brandon with timely material deliveries, jobsite organization, and overseeing jobsite maintenance.
